Amazing Double Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, soft
• 1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 1/3 cups crunchy peanut butter
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 large eggs
• 2 2/3 cups flour
• 1 3/4 cups peanut butter chips

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°. line baking sheets with parchment or a silpat.
• 2 cream butter, sugars, peanut butter, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
• 3 add eggs one at a time. stir in the flour until incorporated. stir in peanut butter chips.
• 4 drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared sheets. bake for 10-12 minutes, until set.
• 5 and brown around the edges. remove from oven and cool on pan 5 minutes. remove from pan to finish cooling.
