Cracker Fudge

Ingredients

  • Servings: 64
  • 1/4 lb saltine crackers (one tube)
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (i like crunchy)
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 crumble crackers into a mixing bowl.
  • 2 stir in peanut butter.
  • 3 combine sugar and milk in small saucepan.
  • 4 bring to boil and boil for about five minutes, stirring constantly.
  • 5 remove from heat and pour mixture over crackers.
  • 6 mix with electric mixer until smooth. (if not completely smooth, it will be like pieces of peanut).
  • 7 pour into buttered 8x8 pan.
  • 8 cut into 1" squares when set.
  • 9 pack into a tightly covered container, separating the layers of pieces by waxed paper and refrigerate.
