Curried Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1 cup raisins (i prefer golden raisins)
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
- 3/4 cup mango chutney (optional)
Recipe
- 1 beat cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth.
- 2 add curry through coconut.
- 3 stir until incorporated.
- 4 cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 5 form into two balls and wrap in wax paper.
- 6 chill six more hours.
- 7 plate and pour chutney over cheese if desired.
- 8 serve with sesame crackers.
