Amazing Natural Protein Power Bars

Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped dates
- 1 cup egg
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
- 2 cups rolled oats (toasting, opt)
- 14 tablespoons protein powder (6 scoops)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200.
- 2 coat medium size baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- 3 mix oats, egg whites, and milk togther in a large mixing bowl. add 6 scoops of your favorite protein powder and mix thoroughly. add dates, flax seeds, and peanut butter then mix well. add salt, cinnamon, and cardamom and mix thyoroughly.
- 4 pour the batter into baking pan and cook for 30-60 minutes or until you reach the desired moisture level.
- 5 remove from oven and place in refrigerator to cool. cut into 9 equally sized bars.
