Amazing Natural Protein Power Bars

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped dates
  • 1 cup egg
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats (toasting, opt)
  • 14 tablespoons protein powder (6 scoops)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200.
  • 2 coat medium size baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 3 mix oats, egg whites, and milk togther in a large mixing bowl. add 6 scoops of your favorite protein powder and mix thoroughly. add dates, flax seeds, and peanut butter then mix well. add salt, cinnamon, and cardamom and mix thyoroughly.
  • 4 pour the batter into baking pan and cook for 30-60 minutes or until you reach the desired moisture level.
  • 5 remove from oven and place in refrigerator to cool. cut into 9 equally sized bars.
