2 Minute Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup skim milk (or light soy or almond milk)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in a blender.
  • 2 blend and enjoy!
