 - 1 cup skim milk (or light soy or almond milk)
 - 1 frozen banana
 - 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
 - 2 tablespoons peanut butter
 - 1/2 tablespoon honey
 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
 
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in a blender.
