Chocolate Chip Cookie Healthy Single Serving Fix

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons oats
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet 'n low
  • 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon baking cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon cashews
  • water

Recipe

  • 1 preheat pan to medium heat.
  • 2 mix all ingredients.
  • 3 add water until its consistency is between cookie and pancake.
  • 4 spray pan .
  • 5 spread batter into pan to about 1/2 inch thick.
  • 6 cook till it solidifies enough to flip (mine crumbled a little on edges, but the rest held together quite well) about 2 minutes.
  • 7 cook other side maybe a minute.
  • 8 enjoy.
