Chocolate Chip Cookie Healthy Single Serving Fix

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons oats
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet 'n low
- 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon baking cocoa
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon cashews
- water
Recipe
- 1 preheat pan to medium heat.
- 2 mix all ingredients.
- 3 add water until its consistency is between cookie and pancake.
- 4 spray pan .
- 5 spread batter into pan to about 1/2 inch thick.
- 6 cook till it solidifies enough to flip (mine crumbled a little on edges, but the rest held together quite well) about 2 minutes.
- 7 cook other side maybe a minute.
- 8 enjoy.
