Ingredients
- 60 triscuit wafers, grounded, to make 2-1/2 cups crumbs (or use graham cracker crumbs, instead)
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine triscuit or graham cracker crumbs, honey, raisins, peanut butter, instant nonfat dry milk.
- 2 shape into 1 inch balls. roll in remaining crumbs. serve immediately or chill.
