Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole unsalted peanuts
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon finely pureed ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet over high heat, toast peanuts, 5-7 minutes.
- 2 add agave syrup, ginger and salt and stir to coat well.
- 3 transfer to a bowl and let cool to room temperature before serving. store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
