Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot chili sauce (recommended ( sriracha)
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon dill (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup red pepper (diced)
- 1/2 juice and lemon, zest of
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup lump crabmeat
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for dusting)
- 1/2 cup peanut oil (for sauteing)
Recipe
- 1 whisk together the first four ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 add the rest of the ingredients through black pepper and mix well.
- 3 gently fold in crab meat.
- 4 divide into 6 patties and coat with flour.
- 5 saute in the peanut oil over medium heat for 4-6 minutes per side.
- 6 serve on a bun with remoulade sauce.
