Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter (or ground roasted peanuts)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any liquid inc water)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon chopped chile
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients, stirring well or mixing in blender.
- 2 heat in saucepan until boils briefly.
- 3 can be stored in fridge for several weeks.
