Best Breakfast Smoothie Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup soymilk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 3 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. then drink up!
