Chocolate-peanut Butter Frosting

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 -4 tablespoons milk
- 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup sifted unsweetened cocoa powder (dutch process)
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on high speed, cream together the peanut butter, butter, and salt until light and smooth.
- 2 blend in the vanilla and add 3 tbsp.
- 3 of the milk until well blended.
- 4 gradually beat in the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, adding more milk, if necessary, to achieve a smooth, spreadable consistency.
