Cocoa Krispies Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients

• 2 cups cocoa krispiesâ® cereal, finely crushed in blender
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 2 large eggs

Recipe

• 1 in a medium bowl, combine crushed cereal, baking powder, and salt.
• 2 combine the chocolate and butter in a saucepan and melt together.
• 3 remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter, then the sugar, then the eggs til smooth.
• 4 stir in the cereal mixture.
• 5 scrape the batter into a greased 8-inch square pan.
• 6 bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until brownies are just set in the center.
• 7 coolcompletely and cut.
