Crock Pot Peanut Butter Cup Cake

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water

Recipe

  • 1 grease 4 qt slow cooker.
  • 2 combine flour, 1/2 c sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • 3 stir together pb and milk with oil and vanilla (might need to heat peanut butter first) and combine with flour mixture.
  • 4 pour into crock pot.
  • 5 combine cocoa, remaining sugar and boiling water and pour over peanut butter mixture.
  • 6 cook on high 2-4 hours until the top is cooked and tooth pick comes clean.
  • 7 let sit uncovered off for 20 minutes.
  • 8 serve with vanilla ice cream.
