Dairy Free, Soy Free Protein Shake

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter, or
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed, ground
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
  • 1/3 banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup water
  • artificial sweetener, to taste (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 put everything in a blender and blend until creamy and fluffy.
