Asian Peanut, Beef And Noodle Stir-fry

Ingredients
- 40 g spaghetti
- 1 cup stir fry vegetables
- 1 tablespoon catalina dressing
- 1/3 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon five-spice powder
Recipe
- 1 note: any vegetable can be used it is up to the cooks tastes.
- 2 trim and cut vegetables and cook until crisp tender.
- 3 break spaghetti in half and cook to al-a-dente.
- 4 add vegetables to spaghetti water if vegetables have cooled.
- 5 heat dressing in skillet, add meat.
- 6 stir-fry meat until barely pink.
- 7 add peanut butter, soy sauce and five-spice powder.
- 8 stir-fry 1 minute.
- 9 drain spaghetti and vegetables.
- 10 add to skillet, toss to mix well and to coat spaghetti.
- 11 stir in green onions.
- 12 transfer to bowl or plate.
- 13 sprinkle with peanuts (optional).
