Asian Peanut Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (natural is preferred)
  • 1/3 cup silken reduced-fat firm tofu
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth.
  • 2 refrigerate.
