Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (natural is preferred)
- 1/3 cup silken reduced-fat firm tofu
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth.
- 2 refrigerate.
