Chocolate-nut Crunchies

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread

Recipe

  • 1 beat all ingredients in a bowl by hand until it forms a firm paste,.
  • 2 refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • 3 roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls.
  • 4 place balls 3cm apart on greased tray,.
  • 5 cook in moderate oven on 180°c or 350°f, for 20 minutes or until firm.
