- 1 pint low-fat sugar-free chocolate ice cream
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in blender. cover and blend until smooth.
- 2 pour into 2 small glasses.
- 3 serve immediately.
