Chocolate-peanut Clusters

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups spanish peanuts

Recipe

  • 1 combine peanut butter, butterscotch morsels, and chocolate chips in a heavy saucepan; place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until melted.
  • 2 stir in peanuts.
  • 3 drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper; chill until firm.
  • 4 store in a covered container in refrigerator.
