Chocolate-peanut Butter Thumbprints

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Recipe
- 1 blend first four ingredients.
- 2 add sifted dry ingredients.
- 3 form into balls and press down with damp thumb.
- 4 fill each thumbprint with about 1/2 teaspoon of melted chocolate.
- 5 bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes.
- 6 cool in refrigerator or freezer before packaging.
