Chocolate Scotheroos

Ingredients
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups kellogg's rice krispies
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Recipe
- 1 place corn syrup and sugar in a large saucepan, cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and it boils, then remove from heat.
- 2 mix in peanut butter.
- 3 add rice krispies and stir until well coated, then press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
- 4 melt chocolate chips in microwave or on top of stove
- 5 pour chocolate mixture evenly on top of rice krispies mixture.
- 6 let cool and firm (put in fridge to go faster).
