Another Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup peanuts
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 cream the shortening. add sugars, eggs, and vanilla. add partly crushed peanuts, chocolate chips. mix well.
• 3 in a separate bowl, sift and mix the flour and baking soda. add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. again, mix well.
• 4 drop well rounded tablespoons of dough on to flat cookie sheet. bake one sheet of cookies at a time for 12 – 14 minutes.
• 5 yield: 60 2â€? cookies.
