Ingredients

- 1 slice whole wheat bread (i use sprouted and toast it)
- 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter
- 1/2 medium sweet apple (cut in thin slices)
- 1 dash pumpkin pie spice (or spice of your choice)
Recipe
- 1 toast the sprouted bread.
- 2 spread on the peanut butter.
- 3 slice the apple and place on the peanut butter.
- 4 sprinkle with your favourite spice.
- 5 eat.
- 6 bon appetit!
