- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 -3 tablespoon peanuts or 1 -3 tablespoon almond butter
- milk or water, to thin
- crunchy cereal, such as rice kirspies or cheerios toasted oat cereal, for crunch (optional)
Recipe
- 1 stir all ingredients together.
