- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons cumin
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients. i usually break up the peanut butter with a fork a little bit before using a whisk because if i use the whisk from the beginning the peanut butter sticks to it.
- 2 use as a sauce for a noodle dish or stir fry.
