Choco-monkey Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon natural-style peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 medium banana

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a blender, with a handful of ice cubes.
  • 2 blend until smooth.
