Beer-batter Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup beer
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg , beaten until stiff
- 2 chicken breasts, skinless,boneless,cut into large strips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons your favorite hot sauce
- peanut oil (for deep frying)
Recipe
- 1 mix together flour and salt.
- 2 add the beer.
- 3 using a whisk, mix well and then add water and mix until smooth.
- 4 add the egg yolk and mix well.
- 5 add the beaten egg and mix well.
- 6 place into refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- 7 mix the worcestershire sauce and hot sauce together and add chicken strips.
- 8 allow chicken to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- 9 roll chicken in your batter.
- 10 deep fry until golden brown, then drain on a paper towel.
- 11 serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
