- 500 g chicken
- 3 teaspoons red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 50 g peanut powder
- 1 teaspoon tamarind paste
- salt
- oil (for deep frying)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients with chicken, except oil. marinate for 30 minutes, then deep fry.
