Barbell Bunny's Granola

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup corn chex
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coffee
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/3 cup mixed raw nuts
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter

Recipe

  • 1 in a glass bowl, combine syrup through salt. microwave for about 30 seconds.
  • 2 add oats and corn chex to syrup mixture, and stir to coat.
