Almond-raisin Super-healthy Cookies!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter substitute
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup almond meal flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup total cereal, crushed
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup golden raisin
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325.
- 2 cream first six ingredients.
- 3 mix in dry ingredients.
- 4 form into 1" balls.
- 5 place on cookie sheet and flatten slightly with fork.
- 6 bake for 10-12 minutes.
- 7 cool on rack.
