Almond-raisin Super-healthy Cookies!

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter substitute
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup almond meal flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup total cereal, crushed
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup golden raisin

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325.
  • 2 cream first six ingredients.
  • 3 mix in dry ingredients.
  • 4 form into 1" balls.
  • 5 place on cookie sheet and flatten slightly with fork.
  • 6 bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • 7 cool on rack.
