Canton Noodle Stir-fry

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces chow mein noodles, wel-pac stir-fry noodles
  • 1 lb lamb steaks, breakfast style
  • 4 green onions, with tops
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup stir-fry sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil

Recipe

  • 1 cook & drain noodles per package.
  • 2 chop/dice lamb steaks.
  • 3 chop green onions 1" long and halved.
  • 4 cut red onion in wedges.
  • 5 heat wok or large frying pan over high heat.
  • 6 heat oil, add lamb n pepper, stir-fry untill browned. (est 3 to 4 min).
  • 7 add onions, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • 8 add cabbage, carrot, noodles, sauce, and pepper.
  • 9 cook 3 min untill heated thru.
