Canton Noodle Stir-fry

Ingredients
- 6 ounces chow mein noodles, wel-pac stir-fry noodles
- 1 lb lamb steaks, breakfast style
- 4 green onions, with tops
- 1 red onion
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 5 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup stir-fry sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
Recipe
- 1 cook & drain noodles per package.
- 2 chop/dice lamb steaks.
- 3 chop green onions 1" long and halved.
- 4 cut red onion in wedges.
- 5 heat wok or large frying pan over high heat.
- 6 heat oil, add lamb n pepper, stir-fry untill browned. (est 3 to 4 min).
- 7 add onions, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- 8 add cabbage, carrot, noodles, sauce, and pepper.
- 9 cook 3 min untill heated thru.
