Breakfast Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter or 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder

Recipe

  • 1 throw all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
