Buckeye Cake - Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (1 ounce) packets choco-bake (unsweetened chocolate flavor)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup swirled peanut butter and milk chocolate chips

  • 2 preheat oven to 350º f.
  • 3 grease 9-inch-round cake pan.
