Buffalo "fried" Potatoes

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 4 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 4 tablespoons ranch dressing mix, powder
  • natural sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 put potatoes in a collander and rinse well shaking till excess water is gone ( this step is hugely important as it washes away the excess starch allowing the potatoes to get that crispy fried texture you want).
  • 2 toss in enough oil to lightly coat, toss in hot sauce and ranch and salt to your persnal taste and then lay on a cookie sheet on a single layer and bake on 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
