Chick-o-stick Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 3 (2 ounce) chick-o-stick candies, crushed
Recipe
- 1 heat the sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved; remove from heat.
- 2 combine the simple syrup, peanut butter and coconut milk in blender jar, and blend until peanut butter is well incorporated.
- 3 chill several hours to overnight.
- 4 freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions; adding the crushed candy during the last few minutes of churning. transfer to a covered container and freeze.
