Chick-o-stick Ice Cream

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 3 (2 ounce) chick-o-stick candies, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 heat the sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved; remove from heat.
  • 2 combine the simple syrup, peanut butter and coconut milk in blender jar, and blend until peanut butter is well incorporated.
  • 3 chill several hours to overnight.
  • 4 freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions; adding the crushed candy during the last few minutes of churning. transfer to a covered container and freeze.
