Chile - Peanut Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup chicken broth, heated
- 10 drops chili oil
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, stir together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar and garlic.
- 2 whisk in the broth, blending until smooth. stir in chili oil.
- 3 if desired, thin sauce with additional tablespoon of chicken broth.
- 4 serve warm or cool.
