Chocolate Nut Butter Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk or 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 -3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 -2 tablespoon almond butter or 1 -2 tablespoon natural-style peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
