Chocolate Peanut Sweeties

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter (reduced fat or generic not recommended)
- 1/2 cup butter, softened (no substitutes)
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 5 dozen miniature pretzel twists
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 in mixing bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth.
- 2 beat in confectioners' sugar until combined.
- 3 shape into 1 inch balls; press one on each pretzel.
- 4 place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets.
- 5 refrigerate until peanut butter mixture is firm, about 1 hour.
- 6 in a microwave-safe bowl or heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips and oil.
- 7 dip the peanut butter ball into chocolate.
- 8 return to baking sheet, pretzel side down.
- 9 refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- 10 store in refrigerator.
