Ingredients
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 milk chocolate almond bark
- 1/4 paraffin wax block (optional)
Recipe
- 1 for the peanut butter balls:.
- 2 melt the butter and peanut butter in a medium saucepan. stir constantly, until smooth and creamy. remove from heat.
- 3 add vanilla and stir well.
- 4 gradually mix in powdered sugar. add more if needed. the balls should keep their shape, but be still soft.
- 5 for the ch0colate dip:.
- 6 using a double boiler, melt all ingredients, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.
- 7 shape the peanut butter into walnut sized balls. set on wax paper. dip one ball at a time in the chocolate, leaving about a quarter size spot uncovered.
- 8 set on another sheet of wax paper to set. chill.
