Ingredients
- 1 thin slice prepared apple pie
- 1/4 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 tablespoon roasted almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
Recipe
- 1 put it all in a bowl without mixing.
- 2 heat it in the microwave for 25-35 seconds on high.
- 3 remove from microwave and mix loosely with a fork.
- 4 enjoy :).
