Baked-bean And Peanut Sandwiches

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetarian baked beans, drained
  • 1/3 cup chopped peanuts (or peanut butter)
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • salt
  • 8 slices of hot buttered toast

Recipe

  • 1 mash beans and add remaining ingredients except toast.
  • 2 spread between slices of toast.
  • 3 makes 4 sandwiches.
  • 4 enjoy!
