Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup 1% low-fat milk
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients together in a microwaveable bowl. the peanut butter might not mix well at first, so just add it last and let it disperse while it heats.
- 2 nuke it for about 1-2 minutes on high.
- 3 mix again to disperse to peanut butter.
- 4 let sit for another minute before eating.
- 5 really tasty with some chopped bananas on top!
