Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (i use pecans)
  • chocolate candy coating, melted

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well.
  • 2 stir in graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and nuts.
  • 3 refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes or so, which will make it easier to form the balls.
  • 4 shape into 1-inch balls.
  • 5 place balls in chocolate coating, rolling to coat evenly.
  • 6 remove balls with a spoon, allowing excess coating to drain off.
  • 7 place balls on wax paper to set.
  • 8 store in airtight container in refrigerator.
  • 9 can be frozen up to 2 months.
