Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package confectioners' sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) jar crunchy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (i use pecans)
- chocolate candy coating, melted
Recipe
- 1 combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well.
- 2 stir in graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and nuts.
- 3 refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes or so, which will make it easier to form the balls.
- 4 shape into 1-inch balls.
- 5 place balls in chocolate coating, rolling to coat evenly.
- 6 remove balls with a spoon, allowing excess coating to drain off.
- 7 place balls on wax paper to set.
- 8 store in airtight container in refrigerator.
- 9 can be frozen up to 2 months.
