Dessert Quesadillas

Total Time: 9 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons nutella
  • fresh fruit (or jam or preserves work too)
  • 1 whole wheat sandwich wrap (like flatouts)
  • powdered sugar

Recipe

  • 1 spread peanut butter on one half of the tortilla; spread nutella on the other half.
  • 2 put the fruit on one side and fold in half.
  • 3 in a fry pan on medium heat, place the tortilla in the pan.
  • 4 brown on both sides.
  • 5 sprinkle powdered sugar over and serve warm.
