Awesome High Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup low-fat small-curd cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop whey protein
  • 1 scoop ice cream
  • 1 banana

Recipe

  • 1 put ingredients into a blender or smoothie mixer.
  • 2 mix until smooth.
