Chocolate Peanut-butter Cups

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) roll refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough, raw
  • 48 reese's miniature peanut butter cups

Recipe

  • 1 slice cookie dough crossways into ten even slices, about 3/4 inches thick.
  • 2 cut each slice into quarters and place into 1 3/4 (minature) muffins pans.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • 4 remove reese's pieces from their wrapper.
  • 5 remove cookies from oven and press one reese's pieces all the way into the center of each warm, soft, cookie dough. do not remove cookies from pan yet.
  • 6 let cool completely before removing cookies from pan.
  • 7 after removing from pan, refrigerate until firm.
