Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Recipe

• 1 cream butter, peanut butter, and sugar.
• 2 beat in egg and vanilla.
• 3 mix in dry ingredients.
• 4 stir in peanuts.
• 5 shape into small balls and place on lightly greased cookie pan.
• 6 bake 350 8-10 minute.
