Delicious Drop Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups butter
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• 5 1/3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 combine dry ingredients and set aside.
• 3 cream butter, oil, and both sugars together. add the egg and vanilla.
• 4 gradually add the dry ingredients.
• 5 form dough into small balls and smash with the bottom of a sugared glass, or use a fork and dip it in sugar than press onto cookie (as you would with peanut butter cookies.).
