Chocolate Peanut-butter Fudge

Ingredients

• 3 cups sugar
• 5 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter

Recipe

• 1 before starting fill sink with approximately 6 inches of water. this is used to cool and help set mixture.
• 2 add sugar, cocoa, water, syrup in large pot.
• 3 bring to boil, stir constantly.
• 4 reduce heat, stir often. bring to soft ball stage. approximately 7-10 minute.
• 5 set pan in sink filled water. beat in peanut butter, continue beating vigorously.
• 6 pour onto buttered platter. let set. cut into 25 pieces.
